USA&M of MN, Inc. is an Alternative Dispute Resolution organization, providing conflict resolution services with emphasis on mediation and training in communications, mediation, innovative dispute resolution programs.
In 1988, our
program opened in Minnesota with the primary emphasis being placed on early
resolution of personal injury claims through mediation. By 1992, we had
expanded our programs to include Mediation, Arbitration, Early Neutral
Evaluation, Summary Jury trials and mini trials at all levels of civil
disputes, including, but not limited to personal injury, employment issues,
clergy sex abuse, products liability claims, mass torts, corporate
dissolutions, property issues, neighborhood disputes and civil rights
violations.
USA&M of MN, Inc. has worked with the Minnesota District Courts since 1990 in resolving both simple and complex litigation matters. We continue resolve issues that are in litigation, as well as matters that allow for early intervention and are settled before the parties must incur the time and expense of litigation.
