USA&M of MN, Inc. is an Alternative Dispute Resolution organization, providing
mediation services as a primary means of resolving disputes. We work with conflicting
parties to resolve their disputes by reviewing the history of the conflict, identifying
underlying issues and working toward creative and satisfactory resolution.
Our education division provides training incommunications, mediation, innovative dispute
resolution programs.
USA&M of MN, Inc. has worked with the Minnesota District Courts and Federal Courts
since 1990 in resolving both simple and complex litigation matters. Additionally, we work
with private corporations and individuals to resolve matters that allow for early intervention
outside of the legal system.
