What happens after we receive your request for A.D.R.1. Upon receipt of the request to mediate, the case is assigned a USA&M File Number. 2. An information packet is sent by USA&M to each party. The packet, an explanation of the mediation process, a USA&M rate sheet, a Preparation Guide and a calendar which you return to our office noting your dates of availability. 3. The USA&M of MN Case Manager contacts each party to insure that deadlines are met and to schedule the date for mediation. 4. The USA&M of MN Case Manager works with the parties in selecting a mediator with the appropriate experience and expertise for the particular case. 5.
